- Job description:
- Following a training in our solution, you will take part in the design of evolutions of our solution, analysis and specifications of Clients needs, follow-up of carrying out and delivery of iMX systems, assistance and monitoring on Client's site.
- Required experience:
- Experience at an editor of business software package or at a consultancy firm in one of the fields : leasing, credits or factoring
- Good knowledge of English
- French is desirable but not obligatory
- Post to be provided immediately
- Location:
- Sophia Antipolis (Alpes Maritimes), PARIS, BRUSSELS, AMSTERDAM or The UK.
- Tasks:
- Business analyze,
- Detailed specification and client assistance on Debt collection and Financial Services,
- Follow-up during the implementation and maintenance phases
- Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge on Debt Collection and/or Financial services activities,
- Fluent Spanish, very good control of French (or at least English)
- Experience in IT projects
- Driving license
- The position requires a lot of travels - first several months of initial on training in France and/or Bulgaria and later participate in meeting or work on projects in other countries.
- Interesting work in a worldwide dynamic team, very good level of remuneration, possibilities to grow to Project Manager.
- Requirements:
- University degree in Law and legal capacity
- Knowledge, extensive legal experience and strong interest in the following areas:
- Structuring and drafting commercial agreements on IT activities;
- Labor law
- Legal Disputes;
- Protection of intellectual property;
- Proficiency in both English and French
- Very good computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- Ability to work under pressure and team playing abilities
- Problem solving personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as Lawyer or Legal Advisor will be an advantage
- Your responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the overall activity of the CODIX Group worldwide
- Prepare in collaboration with the Management all legal documentation related to the business
- Monitor the cases of disputes
